• "The client" / "You" means a person or business ordering listing(s) on the website, subject to the Purchase Terms.
• "Users" means any individual or business using the website for any reason.
• "Payment Date" means either the date that credit or debit card details were taken in exchange for a listing, or the date that a cheque was paid into our bank account in exchange for a listing.
By accessing the website and using the information therein Users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below regarding usage. If Users do not wish to be bound by said terms and conditions they should not continue to access or use the site.
Each clause and sub-clause under the terms of this agreement are to be construed as severable and in the event of any clause or sub-clause being held to be unreasonable all remaining clauses and sub-clauses will remain valid.

1: Whilst all reasonable endeavours have been made to check the accuracy of the information contained within the site we do not warrant the accuracy of the information contained herein. Further, we (or any other associated company or companies) will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the information and material contained within the website or any other site which the user may access through the website. Further, we (or any associated company or companies) will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising due to the Users access to any other providers, operators, organisations or persons referred to directly or indirectly within this website.
2: Users acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in the information contained within the website are vested in us or the licensor, as appropriate.
3: We provide the information within the website solely for personal use and Users may download the information for such limited use only. The information may not be used for any other purpose, including but not limited to: publication, reproduction or transmission without the prior express written permission of ourselves.
4: Users agree that we cannot warrant to provide a website which is free of faults occasioned by matters within the direct or indirect control of ourselves. ---- Purchase Terms for Clients
1. Agreement
We cannot accept your order until You have paid for it in full. You may pay by MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Visa Connect, Visa, Switch, Solo. There is an alternative for you to pay by cheque.
Your order represents an offer to purchase a listing, which is accepted by us when payment is received. A legally binding contract is created at the point of our acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to choose not to accept your order for any reason, at our discretion, and will not be liable to You or anyone else in those circumstances.
2. Prices and Payment
The prices for listings on the website are as set out in our information packs.
A listing is valid for 1 month in the first instance. Currently we are offering 11 months' further listing free of charge. This is a promotional offer from us and is subject to change. During the first 30 days a listing may be cancelled and payment will be refunded, less an administration charge of £10. No payment for a listing will be refunded after 30 days from the payment date, although we will remove a listing if requested to do so at any time.
By using a credit/debit card to pay for your order, you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
We may suspend the provision of the services of this website in the event of (but without limitation to) non-payment, persistent misinformation or inadequate instruction. In the event of such suspension we will not be responsible for any disruption to your services or business.
3. Listing page creation
Subject to availability, we will use our reasonable endeavours to create the listing you have ordered within 1 day of you placing the order.
Listings are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) normally between the hours of 10am and 6pm. The precise timing of listing delivery cannot be specified. Our consultants will give you an approximate time when your listing will become active.
If the listing you order is not available, for whatever reason, we will inform you of the position by telephone, email, or in writing. If the listing is temporarily unavailable, we will ask if you wish to wait for the listing to become available.
4. Your right to cancel
You may cancel your listing (or any part of it) at any stage before the payment date.
5. Incorrect Listing Information
If in the unlikely event that there is a mistake on your listing page with regard to content, then we will correct the mistake once you contact us to inform us of the discrepancy. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information on your listing page is correct once it has been created. As you can advise us of any mistakes or omissions by email, 'phone or post, we cannot accept any liability for listings which are incorrectly created or omitted.
6. General
We will not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented or restricted by any circumstance or cause beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for the use you make of the listing. To the extent not prohibited by law, we accept no liability for any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable, for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses). We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
If any part of these Purchase Terms is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these Purchase Terms shall be unaffected and shall remain in force.
These Purchase Terms and any contract between you and us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute will be brought before the English Courts, unless you live in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case the applicable law of that part of the United Kingdom will apply and any dispute will be brought before the courts there.
We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
We may change these Purchase Terms at any time, provided that any such change will not affect any purchases you have made before the change is implemented. The Purchase Terms currently in effect are those published on this website.
